Who we are
Cortiq AI Private Limited ("Cortiq AI", "we") is a DPIIT‑recognised startup incorporated in India. We build AI products, including JobsAIQ and Brandsfolk, and design, build and run AI systems (agents, apps, websites, RAG, automation, voice and predictive AI) for client teams worldwide.
Information we collect
Enquiries. When you use the enquiry form on our Contact page we collect your name, work email, company, budget range, the services you are interested in and your message.
Website usage. Basic technical data such as browser type, device, approximate region and pages viewed, used in aggregate to understand traffic.
Client engagements. When we build AI systems for you, we process data you provide only under the written agreement for that engagement.
How we use it
To reply to enquiries and scope projects, deliver contracted services, keep our systems secure, and improve this website. Enquiries are delivered by email to our leadership team so a person reads every one.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use enquiry content or client data to train our models or third‑party models.
Our products
JobsAIQ (jobsaiq.com) and Brandsfolk (brandsfolk.com) are operated by Cortiq AI and have their own privacy notices covering data processed inside those products. Those notices apply when you use the products.
Responsible AI
Systems we build keep a person in charge of consequential actions, log reasoning steps and cite sources. Client data stays within the access controls agreed for each engagement.
Sharing and service providers
We share information only with providers who help us operate (hosting, email delivery, analytics) under terms that limit their use, or where required by law.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for its purpose and protect it with access controls and encryption in transit.
Your rights
Under applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent. Reach us through the Contact page and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above.
