Farheen Khatoon is a growth and go-to-market leader with over a decade of experience helping global technology companies scale products, accelerate revenue, and launch innovations.

After witnessing the growing uncertainty surrounding AI's impact on careers, she founded JobsAIQ with a clear mission: to make AI Quotient (AIQ) the global standard for measuring and improving workforce readiness in the age of AI.

A seasoned technology entrepreneur, he has built, scaled and exited two technology ventures, alongside leadership roles at Accenture and Intelligroup (NTT DATA). He leads the technology vision, building the AI infrastructure powering the future of career intelligence.
